Event Application

I confirm I will NOT sell CBD items, adult items, weapons, or any restricted products as defined by TN Crafters Market.

I understand that TN Crafter’s Market does not guarantee attendance, customer turnout, or sales. I agree that TN Crafter’s Market is not liable for low sales or any financial outcomes related to my participation.

I understand that payment is required at the time of submitting my application.
I acknowledge that all fees become non-refundable after two (2) weeks from the date my application is submitted, or once the event is one (1) month away — whichever comes first.

I understand that vendors must arrive within the designated setup window and comply with all parking instructions. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, lighting, extension cords, and any other required equipment. TN Crafter’s Market does not provide these items unless stated otherwise.

I agree to keep my booth within the purchased space (10x10, 10x20, etc.) and understand that TN Crafter’s Market may relocate booth assignments as needed for safety or flow.

I understand that events will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined unsafe by TN Crafter’s Market. No refunds will be issued for weather-related concerns unless the event is officially canceled.

I agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner. I will not engage in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. I understand that TN Crafter’s Market reserves the right to remove any vendor violating safety or conduct rules without refund.

(Only applies to vendors selling food, beverages, baked goods, or edible items.)

I agree that as a food vendor I am solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining all required permits, health department approvals, and licenses

• Adhering to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations

• Providing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation

• Complying with fire safety requirements for generators, propane, or cooking equipment

I understand TN Crafter’s Market is not responsible for my legal compliance or any fines resulting from non-compliance.

I understand that access to electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically noted, and I am responsible for bringing my own extension cords, power strips, and ensuring my equipment is safe and appropriate for the venue.

I agree to hold harmless TN Crafter’s Market, its organizers, staff, and venue partners from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or theft occurring before, during, or after the event.
Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to carry liability insurance.

I understand that I am solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable sales taxes for the items I sell.

I agree not to sublet my booth or share my space with another vendor unless explicitly approved by TN Crafter’s Market.

I agree to leave my booth area clean and dispose of all trash properly. Failure to do so may result in being barred from future events.

I grant TN Crafter’s Market permission to use photos or videos of my booth or products taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
