Failure to do so may result in being barred from future events.Photography & Marketing Permission *I grant TN Crafter’s Market permission to use photos or videos of my booth or products taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.Volunteer Voucher ProgramAs part of the experience of our Markets, TN Crafter's Market asks each vendor to participate in a Volunteer Voucher Program. This program awards each volunteer a $10 Voucher to use at their choice of one vendor. We do not require vendors to participate but kindly ask that you consider participation so that our volunteers receive some type of recognition for their time. Please indicate below if you are willing to be one of the vendors that participates. To be clear each volunteer only gets one voucher that can be used at any one vendor that participates. Any volunteer found to be using multiple vouchers will be banned from participation in the event. Refund Policy Vendors Refunds are available for up to two (2) weeks after application and payment, as long as the event is more than one (1) month away. If the event is one month or less away, or the two-week window has passed, all fees are non-refundable. No-shows and voluntary withdrawals after the refund window forfeit all fees. If the organizer cancels the event, vendors may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future event. Sponsors Sponsorships are refundable for two (2) weeks after payment, unless promotional materials have already been created or published. Once a sponsor appears in printed or digital marketing, fees become non-refundable. If the organizer cancels the event, sponsors may choose a full refund or a rollover to a future event. Organizer Cancellation Policy TN Crafter’s Market may cancel, reschedule, or modify an event due to: Severe weather or unsafe conditions Venue loss or closures Government restrictions Public safety emergencies Other situations outside the organizer’s control If the Event Is Canceled Participants may choose: A full refund, or A credit/rollover to a future event If the Event Is Rescheduled Registrations automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund or future event credit (per Refund Policy).
