  • Large logo on promotional materials
  • Banner displayed at event
  • Social media spotlight
  • Verbal announcement (if applicable)

• 💎 Presenting Sponsor – $500+
  • All Gold benefits
  • “Presented by [Your Business]” branding
  • Premier logo placement
  • Complimentary booth space
  • Included in major promotions

Please read and agree to the following:

Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
Once payment is submitted, your sponsorship benefits will begin immediately.

TN Crafter’s Market does not guarantee attendance, sales, or exposure levels.
While we promote our events widely, results may vary.

Sponsor materials must be appropriate for public, family-friendly events.
Inappropriate or offensive promotional materials may be rejected.

By applying to participate in TN Crafter’s Market, all Vendors and Sponsors agree to the following Refund and Cancellation terms.

Refund Policy

Vendors

• Refunds are available for up to two (2) weeks after application and payment, as long as the event is more than one (1) month away.

• If the event is one month or less away, or the two-week window has passed, all fees are non-refundable.

• No-shows and voluntary withdrawals after the refund window forfeit all fees.

• If the organizer cancels the event, vendors may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

Sponsors

• Sponsorships are refundable for two (2) weeks after payment, unless promotional materials have already been created or published.

• Once a sponsor appears in printed or digital marketing, fees become non-refundable.

• If the organizer cancels the event, sponsors may choose a full refund or a rollover to a future event.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

TN Crafter’s Market may cancel, reschedule, or modify an event due to:

• Severe weather or unsafe conditions

• Venue loss or closures

• Government restrictions

• Public safety emergencies

• Other situations outside the organizer’s control

If the Event Is Canceled

Participants may choose:

• A full refund, or

• A credit/rollover to a future event

If the Event Is Rescheduled

• Registrations automatically transfer to the new date.

• If you cannot attend, you may request a refund or future event credit (per Refund Policy).

If the Event Is Modified

For partial changes (layout changes, reduced hours, space adjustments), refunds are not guaranteed, but credits may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.
