We are currently seeking friendly, reliable individuals to assist with Parking Management and Admissions/Greeting during the event. If you enjoy helping others, supporting local makers, and being part of a lively community gathering, we would love to have you join the team!
🚗 Parking Volunteers
Parking volunteers help keep the flow of traffic organized as guests arrive. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing drivers to designated parking areas
- Assisting with handicap-accessible parking guidance
- Keeping fire lanes and walkways clear
- Helping maintain a safe, smooth flow
- Representing the market with a friendly, welcoming attitude
This is a great role for volunteers who enjoy being outdoors and interacting with the community.
🎟️ Admissions & Greeting Volunteers
Admission volunteers are often the first smiling faces guests see! Duties include:
- Welcoming attendees at the entrance
- Providing information and answering basic questions
- Tracking attendance numbers
- Offering maps or directions when needed
- Creating a warm and cheerful first impression
This position is perfect for those who love engaging with people and setting a positive tone.
